Ham and Cheese Sticks
Ingredients
• 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
• 6–8 slices deli ham
• 6–8 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese
• 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
• Optional: sesame seeds or poppy seeds for topping
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut into strips about 1–2 inches wide.

Lay a slice of ham and cheese on each strip. Fold the pastry over and press edges to seal.

Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle seeds if using.

Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and puffed.

Serve warm with mustard, marinara, or your favorite dipping sauce.
