Honey Butter Glazed Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:

6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tbsp olive oil
-
4 tbsp butter
-
3 tbsp honey
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp smoked paprika
-
1 tsp dried thyme (optional)

Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions:

Season the Chicken:

Pat chicken thighs dry and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

Sear the Chicken:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear chicken thighs skin-side down for 5–6 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook 4–5 minutes more. Remove from pan and set aside.

Make the Honey Butter Glaze:

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium.

Add butter, honey, garlic, and thyme. Stir until melted and fragrant.

Glaze the Chicken:

Return chicken thighs to the pan and spoon glaze over them.

Cook another 5–6 minutes, basting occasionally, until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature 165°F / 74°C) and the glaze is sticky.

Serve:

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with rice, roasted veggies, or mashed potatoes.
