  • Author: Stephanie

Description

Ingredients

Pork Tenderloin

  • 1½ lbs pork tenderloin

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Maple Bourbon Glaze

  • ½ cup pure maple syrup

  • ¼ cup bourbon

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon butter

Roasted Apples

  • 3 apples, sliced (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Season pork tenderloin with olive oil, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.

  3. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.

  4. Transfer skillet to oven and roast for 15–18 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Remove and rest.

  5. Meanwhile, toss apples with olive oil, cinnamon, and salt. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes until caramelized.

  6. In a saucepan, combine maple syrup, bourbon, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar. Simmer over medium heat for 8–10 minutes until slightly thickened.

  7. Remove from heat and whisk in butter until glossy.

  8. Slice pork tenderloin and drizzle generously with maple bourbon glaze. Serve with roasted apples.
