Description

One-Skillet Garlic Butter Steak & Cheese Ravioli

Ingredients
• 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-size cubes
• 1 (20 oz) package cheese ravioli (fresh or refrigerated)
• 3 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1/2 cup beef broth
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella
• 1/4 cup grated parmesan
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley for garnish

Optional: red pepper flakes for a little danger

Instructions

  1. Season steak bites generously with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium-high. Sear steak bites 2–3 minutes per side just until browned. Remove to a plate so they stay tender.

  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic. Stir 30 seconds until fragrant enough to make your neighbors jealous.

  4. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.

  5. Add ravioli, stirring so they’re coated in the garlicky goodness. Cover and cook 5–7 minutes until tender.

  6. Stir steak back into the skillet.

  7. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan over top. Cover 2 more minutes until the cheese melts into perfection.

  8. Finish with parsley and a pinch of red pepper flakes.
