Parmesan Garlic Pizza Rolls
Ingredients
• 1 sheet puff pastry or refrigerated pizza dough
• ½ cup marinara or pizza sauce
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
• Optional: chopped pepperoni, cooked sausage, or veggies
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.

Roll out dough into a rectangle. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce over the dough.

Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and any optional toppings evenly over the sauce.

Roll the dough tightly into a log. Slice into 1–2 inch rolls and place cut-side up on the baking sheet.

Brush tops with beaten egg.

Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Serve warm with extra marinara for dipping.
