2 tablespoons melted butter

1 tablespoon sugar

For the Cheesecake Filling:

8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped

For the Topping:

1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

Optional: crushed cookies or graham crackers, chocolate shavings, or mint leaves for garnish


Instructions

1. Prepare the Crunch Base

  • In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.

  • Press about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into the bottom of each serving cup.

2. Make the Cheesecake Filling

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.

  • Gently fold in whipped cream until light and fluffy.

3. Assemble the Cups

  • Spoon or pipe a layer of cheesecake filling over the crunch base.

  • Add a layer of diced strawberries.

  • Repeat layers if desired, finishing with strawberries on top.

4. Chill

  • Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to allow the cheesecake layer to set.

5. Serve

  • Optional: Garnish with crushed cookies, chocolate shavings, or mint leaves before serving.

Notes
